Refunds as Gift cards/ Gift cards

Gift Card and "Refund Gift Card":

Please read the Terms and Conditions below carefully before placing your order, as they apply to Marc Lauge's electronic gift card/ Refund on gift card.

Gift cards and "Refund on gift card" from Marc Lauge is an electronic voucher that can be used as an alternative to cash.

Gift cards and Refund on gift card, function the same as cash and can only be used for purchases at www.marc-lauge.dk. The minimum value for a gift card is DKK 100, and the maximum value is DKK 3,000.

Once you have completed your payment using a gift card or credit note, you will immediately receive a receipt by email. Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly so that your confirmation reaches you. You are bound by the payment once you click “Complete Payment” and “Payment Approved” appears on your screen.

Validity Period
The gift card and Refund gift card is valid for 3 years from the date of issue. You are entitled to redeem the gift cards for cash during the validity period and up to 1 year after, subject to a DKK 99 fee.

All issued gift cards and Refund gift cards are active and ready for use.

A gift card is not a personal bearer certificate, whereas Marc Lauge refund gift cards are personal and can only be used by the designated recipient. Refund gift cards are single-use only.

Gift cards and Refund gift cards cannot be blocked, for example in the event of theft. You therefore accept that you bear the risk of misuse of the gift card/refund gift card and the potential loss if the card/ "refund gift card" is used by someone else without your permission. The same applies to the recipient if you gift or sell the gift card.
